Provider Training
Children’s System of Care (CSOC) providers can use CYBER training materials and attend provider operations training sessions hosted by PerformCare to support their delivery of high-quality care to New Jersey youth and families.
The CYBER application, available on the PerformCare New Jersey website, contains resources to help providers use and navigate the CYBER 2.0 platform. Training content is updated regularly to reflect changes to the application screens and functionality.

Provider training materials
Provider training materials are available in CYBER. Please follow the directions below to access them:
- The Training Information link is accessible at the bottom of every CYBER screen.
- The Training Information link opens a pop-up window with training materials organized by provider type and category.
- Select document title to download document
- New documents will be marked with "2.0" or "New" flags.
Certification training
CSOC, in partnership with Rutgers University, offers certification training for behavioral assistants, Information Management Decision Support (IMDS) tools, and ongoing training on CSOC-related topics for providers and community members. 2026 CYBER training sessions
CYBER training sessions are conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. They are offered from January through December and are tailored to each provider user type. Sessions are designed to support new users and current users who need a refresher.
Providers and DCF/CSOC attendees must register to access training sessions. Please review the schedules below and register in advance for the appropriate training. After registering, participants will receive a confirmation email with the Teams link. If your email address is entered incorrectly, you will not receive the training link or related materials.
Technical Support/Assistance
PerformCare Service Desk – Call 1-877-652-7624 for Service Desk technicians who can assist with CYBER challenges, billing issues, and clinical questions.
Customer Service Request Form – Submit questions or requests through this secure online request form. The form includes issue categories and required fields to help capture the information needed to process each request. Supporting documents may also be uploaded with the form.
